Kisan Empowerment Campaign was inaugurated in the Civic Centre, Sundargarh at Sundargarh district Headquarters of Odisha on dtd.30.09.2015. In the said inauguration ceremony Shri Jual Oram, Hon’ble Minister of Tribal Affairs Govt. of India joined as Chief Guest, Rajyogi B. K. Raju Bhaiji of Mount Abu, Rajasthan as Chief Speaker, Rajyogini B. K. Leena, Sub-zonal in-charge, Bhubaneswar, B. K. Arun Panda, Senior journalist, Cuttack, Odisha, Shri Kedarnath Mahapatra, Dy. Director Agriculture, Sundargarh, Odisha, Shri Gyanendra Kumar Naik, State Secretary Bharatiya Kisan Sangha as Hon’ble Guest and Rajyogini B. K. Vimla, Sub-zonal in-charge, Rourkela as Chairperson attended the programme. In the said occasion more than 2000 farmers, ward members, Sarpanch, 50 agriculture, Horticulture, Veterinary, K.V.K. officers of Sundargarh and Jharsuguda districts, Print media, electronic media persons attended the programme. Programme News has been published in Naxatra T.V. on 1 & 2.10.2015. Besides paper cutting of the said programme are attached.

On dt. 01.10.2015 the said Kisan Empowerment Campaign ( Rally) alongwith two vehicles moved to various villages like Kirei, Bargada, Amasranga, Majhapara, Ledhimang, Kinjirkma, Deuli, Kundukela, Badbahal, Bhedabahal of Sadar Block, Sundargarh. Agriculture Officer, Shri Udit Kumar Naik of Sadar Block, Sundargarh, Soil Conservation Officer, School teachers, Sarpanchs of the said villages attended in the said programme. Around 2000 farmers of above villages participated in the programme. They are also interested for yogic Kheti training accordingly training programme has been organised at our Sundargarh Branch from 07.10.2015 to 09.10.2015.

Under the leadership of Rajyogini B.K. Leena Didiji, Director, Bhubaneswar Sub-zone, Senior Sisters met H.E. Draupadi Murmu, President of India, at Raj Bhavan Bhubaneswar on 11.11.22.

Rajyogini B.K. Sudha Didij, Director, Brahma Kumaris, Moscow and Rajyogini Leena Didiji greeted the president with a bouquet and a gift from Russia. Rajyogini B.K. Kamlesh Didiji, Santa Cruz, Mumbai, presented a Godly Gift. Rajyogini B.K.Tapaswini, Centre-in-charge, B.J.B.Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Rajyogini B.K. Durgesh, Centre-in-charge, Unit-8, Bhubaneswar, Rajyogini B.K. Manju, Centre-in- charge, Mancheswar, Bhubaneswar gave uttariya and prasad to H.E. Draupadi Murmu.

The Honourable President was happy to meet the senior sisters of Brahma Kumaris whose best wishes are always with her. She said that our encouraging words and good wishes were always needed.
